eluminate creative is a content agency with a heavy focus on video production. We are based in Darby Street, Newcastle. We have a growing team and are looking to expand. Our key focus is finding effective solutions to our client’s problems while developing long-lasting relationships.
We are seeking an experienced Editor on a part-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role. This position will be based in Newcastle, with options for flexibility. We are comprised of specialists in creative development, content creation, and eLearning development. We aim to be at the forefront of everything that we do, which is why we are seeking an experienced editor who is also very team-focused.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a video editing role
- Confident in a variety of editing styles such as: fast-paced social content, training videos, event recaps, long-form storytelling
- Technically minded with an eye for detail
- Have an understanding of final delivery requirements and formatting
- Detail-oriented file management skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Comfortable collaborating with other editors
- Ability to use your initiative and potentially work autonomously
- Natural problem solver with an interest in upskilling
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on rapid deadlines
HIGHLY VALUABLE
- Experience using Final Cut Pro
- Experience using the Adobe Suite
- Understanding of station delivery requirements

Junior Graphic/Motion Graphic Designer
eluminate creative is a content agency with a heavy focus on video production. We are based in Darby Street, Newcastle. We have a growing team and are looking to expand. Our team is made up of unique individuals, bringing different skill sets while sharing the same values. We share our victories, our memories and our experiences. Our key focus is finding effective solutions to our client’s problems while developing long-lasting relationships.
We are seeking a junior graphic designer for a part-time maternity relief contract, with the potential for an ongoing full-time role. This position will be based in Newcastle, with options for flexibility.
We aim to be at the forefront of everything that we do, which is why we are seeking a junior designer with a keen interest in UX, screen-based applications and motion design, who is also very team-focused. We are looking for someone who is a Swiss Army knife in visual design. They need to be comfortable bringing their graphics to life with motion. A day could look like designing an interactive learning course for a corporate client, through to creating assets to support larger campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Visual Communication Design degree (those currently studying may also be considered)
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Suite, including a sound understanding of After Effects
- Confident in a variety of visual styles, working across a range of diverse client brands
- Understanding of video file requirements and dimensions
- Detail-oriented file management skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary creatives
- Ability to use your initiative and work autonomously
- Natural problem solver with an interest in upskilling
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on rapid deadlines
HIGHLY VALUABLE
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Experience with photography and/or image-treating
- 1-2 years experience in studio/agency is a bonus
