Over the past few years, we’ve built a strong relationship with the Ingenia Lifestyle teams across NSW and QLD, creating content that captures the heart of over-50s community living.
From launching brand new communities to refreshing existing ones, we’ve told the stories that matter: the people, the lifestyle, and the genuine connections that make each Ingenia community special.
Our crew has travelled wherever the story took us, from Bundaberg to Hervey Bay to Port Stephens, capturing the unique character of each location.










THE MISSION
As Ingenia Lifestyle expanded across NSW and QLD, we were brought on board to create content for multiple communities, each with its own unique character.
The work included launching new greenfield developments like Element, Drift, and Millers Glen, creating fresh campaigns for existing communities such as Natura and Latitude One, and capturing the authentic voices of residents through testimonial content.
We delivered both video and stills across all projects, creating assets that work across digital advertising, social media, TV and the broader marketing.

THE SOLUTION
We approached each community individually, taking time to understand the lifestyle on offer and the people who bring these places to life.
New and established community campaigns
For greenfield developments, we didn’t have established homes and amenities to film in yet, so we focused on the lifestyle surrounding these communities. We captured the local area, nearby towns, the people, and the community atmosphere. We showcased what daily life could look like: morning coffee runs, walks by the water, local markets. The goal was to help people imagine their day-to-day life in these locations, not just the communities themselves.
For places like Natura and Latitude One, we had the advantage of real residents and lived-in spaces. We captured the vibrancy of community life, neighbours connecting, and amenities in full use. This showed prospective buyers the genuine lifestyle they could step into.
These shoots required significant pre-production. We sourced talent that reflected the target demographic, scouted locations across each region, styled food and props to create authentic lifestyle moments, and developed detailed storyboards and creative direction to ensure every frame told the right story.
Resident Testimonials
The most rewarding part of this work has been filming with residents. These weren’t scripted testimonials but real conversations with people who’ve chosen to call these communities home. We kept things relaxed and conversational, letting residents share their experiences naturally. The result is content that feels honest and human.
THE RESULTS
Over the years, our relationship with Ingenia has grown into a genuine partnership. We understand their brand, their communities, and their audience. This allows us to work efficiently and deliver content that hits the mark.
All content was optimised for digital and print use, with assets created for various platforms. We produced both longer storytelling pieces and shorter social content, giving Ingenia a comprehensive library to support their ongoing marketing.
The variety of projects has been a great opportunity to showcase different sides of our work while building a cohesive body of content that strengthens the Ingenia Lifestyle brand.
